CANCELLATION POLICY
We use the honor system. When you make an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you.
If you must cancel your appointment:
Please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled time so we can book another client at that time. If you cancel with less than 3 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment rate will apply. If you are a no-show, you will be required to pay for your missed appointment in full before you are allowed to make another appointment.
LATE POLICY
Please arrange to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you your full time. However, if your therapist has another appointment scheduled right after yours, you will lose the time that you were late. Late-comers are responsible to pay for the full amount of time reserved.
If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. If you are more than ten minutes late without calling, we reserve the right to give your time to someone else.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
When you make a reservation for three or more persons, you will be required to provide a credit card number. A cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment rate will apply to any group members who does not cancel at least three hours in advance and will be charged to the credit card provided.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY (Available in store and by phone)
Gift certificates may be redeemed for any massage service we offer. Gift certificates must be presented when you check in.
You may add time to your certificate by paying the additional amount at the time of redemption.
Gift certificates are not refundable and no change will be given for any unused portion of the certificate. Unless otherwise noted, gift certificates do not include gratuity, so please remember to tip your masseuse separately. Thank you!
Gift certificates are the same as cash, and lost certificates cannot be replaced.
